Series Overview
Inside the Actors Studio is an interview-based television show on Bravo that is hosted by James Lipton. The program originally premiered in 1994 and is Bravo’s first program. The show was taped at various locations throughout its many seasons. Currently, it is taped at the Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts at Pace University’s New York City campus.
The show began as a seminar for students in the Actors Studio Drama School.
