Series Overview
To Rome for Love is a reality TV series on the Bravo network in 2018. The show follows love expert Diann Valentine as she helps a group of five single women who are struggling to find love in the United States to find love in Rome, Italy.
The show explores their journeys as they navigate cultural differences, overcome personal challenges, and search for meaningful connections with Italian men. With a mix of drama, romance, and cultural exploration, the series offers a unique perspective on love and dating in a foreign setting.
Diann has been traveling to Italy for years and knows one thing for sure, Italian men love black women. Diann works closely with each woman to move past their roadblocks, open themselves to new experiences, and find true love.

- Episode 5 – Break Ups and Break Downs – Diann first takes the women to a romantic spot in Italy. Diann thinks Shay is having too much fun. Ashley confronts Leo about his intentions. Nakita finds out her man isn’t who she thought he was. Next, Gina gets together with Claudio.
- Episode 6 – Lust or Love? – First, Ashley meets someone while she’s out and about. Next, the ladies visit a naughty store. Then, Shay goes out on a date.
- Episode 7 – Can Everyone Be Saved? – Mercedes explains the importance of marrying a man who believes in Jesus. Later, Ashley and Alejandro go on a second date.
- Episode 8 – The Ultimate Betrayal – Is Nakita falling for Alberto? Then, Diann learns that Mercedes has been talking to a man that the Love team wasn’t aware of.
- Episode 9 – Where Do We Go From Here? – First, the group celebrates Gina’s birthday. Later on, Mercedes needs some advice.
