Overview of the Chef Academy Series

Chef Academy is a reality TV series on Bravo which follows award-winning chef, Jean Christophe Novelli, as he starts a training program / culinary institute to train professional chefs. The students are assessed weekly with cooking tests. Students who fail three cooking tests are expelled from the academy. However, two students failed three tests, but Jean Novelli gave them both another chance.
