Series Overview

LOLwork is a reality documentary TV series premiered on Bravo in November 2012. The show follows employees at a company called Cheezburger as they create a new comedic web series. The 30-minute show highlights the daily work lives of the creative staff as they attempt to make funny videos and photos of animals. Their goal is to create viral content for distribution on social media, YouTube, and other sites.

Season 1

  • Episode 1 – The Show Must Go On! – The staff creates a new comedy series for their website in the first episode.
  • E2 – Career Day – First, the staff leads a career day for kids. The mixture of kids and socially awkward adults makes for an exciting combination.
  • E3 – Cheez Olympics – This episode begins with some team-building activities. Ben has the staff compete in what he calls “The Cheez Olympics,” which involves a variety of ridiculous competitions.
  • E4 – Coffee Is for Closers – Ben tries to teach the creative team how to sell ads. Also, he teaches them how to interact with the Cheezburger community.
  • Episode 5 – We’re Live in 3…2…1 – First, the entire staff pitches in to raise funds for Will’s sick cat. Next, Paul hosts a telethon with a variety of crazy guests.
  • Episode 6 – Lesbian Cat Wedding! – Will organizes a lesbian cat wedding.

The Jay and Tony Show and RelativityREAL production companies produce the series. The executive producers are Jay Blumenfield, Tom Forman, and Tony Marsh.
